1. Warranty Coverage

  • All new machinery purchased from Machinery USA is covered by a 2-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.


2. What is Covered

  • Replacement of defective parts at no cost to the customer.

  • Repair labor (when performed by authorized service centers).

  • In some cases, full machine replacement if repair is not possible.


3. What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (belts, filters, blades, etc.).

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Repairs performed by non-authorized technicians.

  • Shipping costs related to sending the product to our facility unless otherwise agreed.


4. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact us at +1 (914) 455-1965  or by email (if available) with:

    • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

    • Serial number of the product.

    • Description and photos/videos of the issue.

  2. We will verify eligibility and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if needed.

  3. Send the defective product or part to our facility or an authorized service center.

  4. Upon inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.


5. Turnaround Time

  • Most warranty repairs or replacements are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving the item.

  • In rare cases (special parts or backorders), additional time may be required.


6. Transferability

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.


7. Legal Notice

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state.

  • Machinery USA shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.
