1. Warranty Coverage

All new machinery purchased from Machinery USA is covered by a 2-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
2. What is Covered

Replacement of defective parts at no cost to the customer.

Repair labor (when performed by authorized service centers).

In some cases, full machine replacement if repair is not possible.
3. What is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear (belts, filters, blades, etc.).

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Repairs performed by non-authorized technicians.

Shipping costs related to sending the product to our facility unless otherwise agreed.
4. Warranty Claim Process

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Serial number of the product.

Description and photos/videos of the issue.

We will verify eligibility and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if needed.

Upon inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
5. Turnaround Time

Most warranty repairs or replacements are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving the item.

In rare cases (special parts or backorders), additional time may be required.
6. Transferability
