6. Delivery Requirements

  • Freight Deliveries:

    • Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

    • Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and note any damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

  • Residential Deliveries: If your order requires lift-gate service or special handling, please notify us when placing your order.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
