1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return an item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in new, unused condition and includes all original packaging and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order machinery

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at purchase

  • Digital content or software

  • Perishable goods or health/sanitary items

3. Return Process

  • For returns or exchanges, contact us at +1 320-287-8441 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

4. Restocking Fee (if applicable)

  • Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20–30%, depending on condition and policy specifics.

5. Refunds or Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund or exchange will be processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • We will replace the item, provide a refund, or issue a credit at no additional shipping cost to you.

8. Additional Notes

  • Keep your original receipt or packing slip—returns without proof of purchase may not be accepted.

  • Returns that fail to meet the policy criteria (used, damaged, missing parts, etc.) may be declined at our discretion.
